At Long Last: Our Montessori Key West Middle School
Let’s talk about the future…
As you may or may not know, we have launched a Middle School and are in the process of building a very special program for our children that will offer Montessori education all of the way until a transition to high school. This is a dream come true for those of us who believe deeply in this style of education and have wished for an option on our little island that can serve our children for as long as possible.
Here are some resources to start learning about the exciting growth of this program:
Middle School Information Zoom Recording
We held a Zoom meeting with the New Gate program our Middle School partners with, and recorded it to share with you:

Upper Elementary/Middle School Information Session
Our new Middle School Guide, Ms. Kalei, will be visiting us next week and all are invited to join the Information Session taking place Thursday, February 20th at 2:45PM to meet her, hear about the plans for the second campus and Middle School program, and become more familiar with our team involved in this journey.

Weekly Miracle Makers
Oftentimes it feels like our school is powered by Miracles. Miracles large and small happen each week to pull off all that we do here. Those miracles appear in acts of love and kindness and service by parents, children, staff, alumni, community members, and more, and each week we highlight a special one here.
We are looking for a miracle maker to adopt our corner garden and regrow it to a beautiful, bountiful flower bed! Do you have a green thumb and time to drag a hose to the corner a couple of times a week? We can check off some volunteer hours and bring some beauty to our campus at the same time!
